By booking a service with UFK Movers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your move.

Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. We require adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee to cover loss of time or resources allocated to your move.

Access and Site Conditions

It is your responsibility to ensure clear and safe access to both pickup and delivery locations. Additional time or charges may apply for difficult access, stairs, long carries, or delays caused by site conditions.

Packing and Fragile Items

We recommend all items are properly packed before our arrival. While we take every precaution to handle goods with care, we are not liable for damage to items that were improperly packed by the customer or where no reasonable handling method could prevent damage.

Excluded Items

We reserve the right to decline the transport of items that are hazardous, illegal, or deemed unsafe. Please let us know in advance if you intend to move unusually heavy, fragile, or high-value items.

Delays and Liability

While we strive to meet scheduled times, unexpected events such as traffic or weather may cause delays. UFK Movers is not liable for losses due to such delays. We will always communicate promptly if timing changes occur.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept payment via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Late payments may result in additional charges or refusal of future service.

Disputes and Claims

If you have a concern or claim regarding our service, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and professionally. Claims must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe from the move date.
